Emirates Business Class!

Just got to Dubai, and flew on the brand new Emirates Airlines Airbus. I must say, its the best and most comfortable airline in the whole wide world!.. The crew is fabulous, and the plane is off the hook. Its the most comfortable, roomy seats in history. If you ever wanna fly in REAL FIRST CLASS, fly Emirates!..Check out some flics!

The Tour is over!

Well we just finished the Snoop Dogg/311 tour... you kinda get anxiety after a tour is over. It's like going home from summer camp, but still Im glad to be going home. One more week in LA, and then im off to Dubai to film Season 2 of HipHopNa!.

Snoop Cancels Israel Show!

Snoop Doggs performance in Occupied Palestine has been cancelled because of "contractual differences". Im not one to put my friends in the midst of world politics. I serve only to educate them on things that they are interested in. And them knowing I am a proud Palestinian, automatically interests them in the cause and struggle of my people. Music is an artform bound by no border, nationality or ism. I hope some day Snoop will be able to perform in Palestine under better conditions. None the less im glad he is not performing there while the zionist/jews in Palestine, murder, terrorize and displace the indigenous Arabs (muslim & christian) of Palestine, under the zionist Israeli flag.

Coachella!

I have to say ROGER WATERS IS THE KING!.. I went to Coachella last night and probably saw the best show and performance I have ever seen in my whole LIFE!. Pink Floyd is the truth.. I cant even explain the show to you, becuz you had to be there to experience it. And it was definately an experience. Sound, Visual and Performance experience.

Here's a clip of the flying pig he had floating around that was released in to the atmosphere.. try and read the messages graffiti on it. Underneath it says OBAMA with a checkbox in it... CLASSIC!

FUCK AUTO-TUNE!

Ok.. ive had about enuff now.. without naming any names... any artist that uses Auto-Tune to sound like Cher is a BITER!.. Where the hell is originality!?.. When I was growing up, if you copied another persons style even a little bit you were a BITER!!... and nnoooooobody would ever want to be labeled as a BITER!..

For those that dont know what AUTO-TUNE is... its a plugin in Protools, that fixes your vocals so that they stay on pitch, and when u set the settings to the extreme setting, it gives you that fake Roger & Zapp sound. example: T-Pain, and many more!

So to all you rappers, and fake ass singers...(and even the real good singers that are doing it now too!)

Please stop fucking using that whack ass AUTO-TUNE plugin!.. Its played out! BIG TIME!

I have decided to delete it out of my plugins.

From now on.. anyone that uses it im gonna blog and label as a BITER!

Im in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia this week... really nice city, on the beautiful Red Sea... so we'll be here for a week looking for talent... lots of similaritys to cali here... the beach weather, the people are into hip hop and havin theyre cars pimped out.. and mansions and palace's that are outta this world...
